IMG Warrington - more great service

It's been said before but I always get great service from IMG. Compared to Lookers where you have to speak to a call centre to book in it's a much more personal service. This time they dealt with my auxilliary water pump which sprung a leak 7 days after my warranty ended. The initial quote was a worst case £900 but they managed to get a contribution from Seat (persisting even after it was initially declined) and the bill ended up as £300. They even waived the insurance on the courtesy car. If you are in the area and you need a service I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Their communication is second to none and as you say, it all feels a little more personal which you don't often see these days.

Its where I got my car from and a great buying experience. My local (1.5miles) dealer is Lookers but no chance of going there after the experiences buying a car and wanting a touch up stick. Pentagon Oldham most helpful if anyone has experience of service there otherwise its approx 50 mile round trip to IMG for a service.
Only negative point from IMG...no follow up call after delivery on how the new car was.

Yeah all good for me too. I didn't get my current car from there but my dad did and I've used them for servicing, never been a problem.

Greatly contrasts against Lookers Stockport who I hope to never have to deal with again.

My Lookers locall is Salford. Its a common factor PLC service is far inferior to the small family dealer.

Had four cars from IMG, latest being the copra. Every time their service is second to none and they have been very helpful with warranty work. Like others have said, can’t match a family run business as they know they can’t afford to lose customers with poor after sales service.
