I am feeling that my engine is moving back en forward more than normal after my journey to France. Which motor mount is most likely to wear out on a 2.0 tfsi from 2007?

large and small dog-bone bushes were the biggest improvement on my car mate especially the smaller one
also check your gearbox mount there was a fair bit of movement there too previous to changing that .

Yes you can mate look for stress marks cracks in the rubber bushes
Also get a lever bar rock the engine back and forth slowly and safely
The gearbox mount on mine was very perished and allowed a lot of engine movement

The garage replaced the dogbone en the 2 round rubbers that come with the dogbone mount. The used a hydraulic press to get them in. There is a slight improvement. But I think I must replace also the other 2 mounts I can get febi ones for 70 euro the pair. This one is DIY next month on my list.
