Not sure about the leons, imagine they’ve all been sold on years ago.
The Toledo touring car was for sale earlier this year, totally rebuilt and in its correct livery as in the photo above.
It was up for 65 grand which I didn’t think was too bad for a full on ex btcc car complete with spares.
sure. probably also loads of parts are just scattered all over the place. people paying no attention to it.

Coolant light back on...
So that's new rad, new expansion tank ruled out.
Noticed the level drops after 'spirited' driving much quicker than pootling around. Does this sound like anything in particular?

I wonder if you have a small crack in something that when not under pressure/heat is sealing just enough but under stress it opens enough to allow a leak but is getting boiled away ?
Have you tried one of those testers that checks for combustion gases in the coolant ?

I know the plastic water neck/thermostat housing's are a weak spot as is the water feed to/from the turbo, maybe put some dye in the coolant ?

Also read that the water pump is a fairly regular culprit. Would that loose more if the engine is hotter / under heavier load though?
No idea if related in anyway ?
Not Seat but I had a mini that would lose coolant and would show hot but not over heating , turned out that it had a plastic impeller on a metal shaft and that high engine loads the impeller would just spin on the shaft coolant loss was evaporation due to high temps caused by lack of water circulation.
Got my car MOTed. First MOT with the sports cat and downpipe fitted. It passed with no emissions issues.
