Hi

Sometimes when I leave my car parked up a few days on a hill without driving on first start the clutch pedal kind of sticks, if I give it a few pumps it goes back to normal.

Any idea if this is something to worry about?, it only happens rarely.

Cars a 150 fr tdi

Anyone with any thoughts on this and why the pedal would not travel smoothly back up when pressed?

Clutch slave cylinder leaking, I had the same issue. Eventually the pedal will stay on the floor. Check the level on the brake/clutch reservoir.
Cheers mate.

Is the reservoir for the brake and clutch the same?

Also roughly how much did it cost to sort?

Wow that's a lot for a cheap part, hopefully it is the master cylinder as think that's in the pedal rather the slave then.

I'll get it checked out, thanks for your help
