Hub adaptors are available like these:

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/160961292314

Also, you could try wobble bolts.

Buts it’s not straight forward... the sportier Alfas have different rim and tyre sizes front and back. ie. The Alfa wheels are 19” diameter, 8.5J, ET34 (Front) or 10J, ET41 (Rear). Cupra wheels are 19/8J/ET50. If you used the front wheels, they would stick out 22.5mm further than OEM wheels, then you would need to add 20mm adaptors on top of this. +/- 10 mm is normally ok, but these would be +22.5 to +42.5mm depending upon how they were mounted.

Cupra wheels are 19/8J/ET50. If you used the front wheels, they would stick out 28.5mm further than OEM wheels, then you would need to add 20mm adaptors on top of this. +/- 10 mm is normally ok, but these would be +28.5 to +48.5mm depending upon how they were mounted.
And +28.5 to +48.5 extra ‘poke’ sounds like you could experience some quite serious rubbing issues with the tyres fouling the wheel arch edge under hard cornering and/or body roll when the car’s heavily laden and on poorly surfaced roads when the suspension is working hard.

+48.5 extra poke sounds like the tyres would protrude beyond the bodywork, and in the UK, I think it’s illegal to drive a vehicle on public roads with tyres extending beyond the car’s bodywork.

@Mohamed emarah; in your position, if you really want a set of Alfa style wheels, I think I’d try and find some alternative wheels that are a similar style that have the same PCD (bolt pattern) as the Leon and that don’t have too aggressive an offset that might cause rubbing issues.
