Spent a bit of time give the R a clean before the Rolling Road day tomorrow. Also added a few copper bits to continue the copper theme (copper front flag and copper engine cover)

Looks great, can I ask where you got the copper flag?

Thank you

My FR Black Edition 130PS will be ready to collect in 2-3 weeks... exciting times! Expect lots of pictures ;)

Ordered from SEAT in Westfield White City. They've been excellent throughout the whole process and are owned directly by SEAT rather than being a franchise. Not sure what differences that makes but either way service has really been excellent. :)

@icestorm81 Such a great looking car, especially on that colour

Might want to hide that number plate though, never know who is lurking here.
I frequently see comments on this forum about 'hiding' number plates. I'm no stranger to car and motorbike forums, but very rarely do I see similar comments elsewhere.

Who are you hiding the plates from, I guess from the crim' fraternity looking to 'ring' a car they plan to pinch? But then, our cars are paraded around the streets and highways 24/7, and they're not hidden from view there!

Mostly it's to stop cloning. At least out and about they have to find a like make/model/colour as opposed to sitting on the forum using the pics as a catalogue.

But on a more personal point of view... I also remove eg house no, etc if it gets caught in a photo on my driveway. Anything that would identify the location of the car parked up. Basically whatever makes it more difficult for the criminals.

I use my 2L Diesel automatic to teach learners, and they absolutely love it!
