How can I retrofit ambient lighting on my 2019 leon ?

In Egypt I don't get to choose ambient lighting as an option so I was hoping to retrofit it , so can someone help or link me a forum that's done it so I can know what I need to buy and from where ? Cheers

I can't really tell which one I have because in a Egypt it's kind of a mix and match but it's has lots of the fr specs with a few missing, one of them being the ambient lighting
