auto lights and wipers

i want auto lights and wipers on my 2016 seat leon 184 fr tdi - can you please confirm the part numbers required and if any of my forum community friends would be able to help me code the parts to my car (i will pay) i live between glasgow and edinburgh so willing to travel many thanks in advance
