Hi Guys, this is through Michelin with 4 new tyres bought before the end of this month at participating garages!

sounds good, but what price are they to start with? £25 off a tyre is ok, but not if the original price is sky high.
what size tyres would you guys be looking at?
How do we find out the participating garages so we can make a comparison? link ?

It normally works the other way, you end up finding tyre places that do support this campaign - lucky dip time, best done online unless you have a proper independent tyre place near you.

At my local garage £628 for 4 tyres with fitting + alignment. So with discount £528 and that's decent.

235/35R 19 91 Y
this is the size for my Mk3 cupra.

It did say to go on the Mitchelin website but I tried that and couldn't find the option. Best to phone up the garages and ask them.

The way the deal works is you just need to send Michelin your receipt for the 4 tyres, so find your cheapest place (black circles etc) and register then send over your invoice. I done it with mine 6 months ago, ended up being around £540 for 4 but I didn’t realise I could go cheaper places until I claimed the money back.

The T&C's for the deal do state it needs to be a participating dealer and can't be combined with other offers.
-Easy enough to check the fitting centre is included using this link (Michelin Promo webpage).
-If you have another promo code using it might invalidate a claim under this offer? Easily done if shopping online.

Booked mine in last week, £296 for a full set of Pilot Sport 4 (225/45 r17 91Y), which is a good deal.

The old Dunlop Sportmaxx RT have been good, but are down to 3.5mm and they are particularly bad in the cold. Below 8c it's like driving on a mud covered road until/if they warm up a bit, so the new boots will help and some extra tread will be welcome if the snow arrives again..

Unless they’ve tightened it up since I done it, all they asked for was my invoice, realising I possibly hadn’t saved as much money as I could I asked and they just told me I needed the invoice and it needed to be by a registered company obviously.

I heard the new goodyear tyres are on par/slightly better than the PS4S, but still far cheaper, they weren’t out at the time I bought so didn’t consider them.

From memory, I could have sworn that Michelin as a company actually own Blackcircles, so can't see them not being an 'authorised' seller, and as its BC you pay and not the garage it doesnt matter which fitters you use, your invoice is with BC

Would be best to ask black circles. Last time Michelin has a similar deal, black circles were not involved

Just been driving around with the roads wet and these tyres are amazing, its unreal the amount of grip they give. Cant wait to try them out in the dry, well worth the money as the car is so depressing to drive with the contis on, even when only driving moderately there is so much wheel spin and hop.

My first go in them was wet conditions and they gave the same grip as my old tyres did in the dry (car came with brutal budgets) the dry performance wasn’t a massive difference and getting to that limit is a lot harder to reach in the dry than wet.

The levels of wet grip still make me smile to this day.

Has anyone used this Promo and received the cashback, or notification of claim acceptance?

I had mine fitted Friday 29th and completed the online form the next day including scanned receipt etc.

Once you've completed the form it states you'll receive notification of claim acceptance within 5 days and payment within 28 days.

I'm well past the 5 days and nothing yet. Thought I'd ask before I start chasing them.

They had responded back to me within a few days, but I am still waiting for the £100. They said that can take up to 30 days.

Drop them an email [email protected]
