Nice, do you plan on doing this to the rear?

I intend to purchase the dynamic mirrors but wasn't sure if it looks odd without the back done too.

I don't think it matters that I only have the wing mirrors done, any other change would be silly money. They are quite bright and for £34 I didn't mind messing about either. My mate who has a 19 plate 290 thinks they work better on the older version as they only have the small indicator flash rather than the beam on the latest model.

Fair point, i'll probably go ahead with just the mirrors too. Something to do whilst i wait for my spoiler to be painted! :)

Cupra R 2018 - Replaced the resonator to a VAG Sport pipe kit to night.

Can’t say there is any drone. I’m not so sensitive for drone, I just increase the volume on Beats Audio :)!

Resonator. I will store it…. Perhaps I change my mind.

Gave the beast an overdue wash inside and out.

got a bit carried away and ended up fully decontaminating the paintwork, claying it and then protecting again. was covered in tar.

I promised myself I'd keep my FR until it dies. But after seeing the previous two Cupra's, I'm tempted to cut my losses and get one.
Fantastic machines LR231998 and Norbert
Thanks! Do it, it’s the best decision you’ll make (maybe not financially) I chopped in my 2017 1.0 TSI Ibiza FR for mine lol. Best decision ever! And you can easily achieve 39mpg on a decent run with normal driving. The amount of power for that mpg really is impressive.

40 minute drive, 25 mile commute on dual carriageway/ 60mph roads with couple miles urban out of town. That’s changing gear at around 3k rpm or below ( I’m manual), engine mode doesn’t affect it.

I rarely go above 3.5k rpm unless someone is annoying me

MPG is what put me off. I've got the 1.4 and it struggles for good MPG on my commute(42MPG). Living in the welsh countryside takes it's toll. My daily drive is 32 miles and it consists of numerous hills, 30 to 40, 30 to 60 multiple times. I get maybe 1 minute max of 60 and then it's straight into uphill 30's.

Not wanting to start an own thread for just this: Can you remove the fog light glass on the MK3 Facelift Cupra? Thinking of applying tint to the glass.

What a useless idea putting fog lights on a sportscar, much prefer the pre-FL look without a fog light.
