Sheared bolt! Rear door. Any ideas where I can find a replacement?

I'd just get my local dealer to order some in, then prime and paint them before fitting them.

I hope that you have worked out how to get the sheared off part out.

How did that happen? Doesn't look like you have put a tool in it to tighten it up?

Is your hinge seized causing it to flex the whole Piller?

I would go to TPS (Trade Parts Specialists) for something like a bolt. My local SEAT dealer referred me to them as this is where they get their VAG parts from.
