After I bought my 2018 Leon Cupra R I thought the oil temp ran similar to the water about 90 degrees.
Since the oil change [Castrol edge titanium 5/30 I think it was. Its in the garage dealer service]

It has been running at about 110 degrees.
I did know it needs/should be hotter than 90 as it needs to burn the water vapour/deposits off.

SO it 110 degrees okay? about right?

My car has currently got whatever the dealer uses and runs in the 95-115c range depending on how its been driven - usually about 100c.

Millers Nanodrive CFS is used by a lot of people with modified cars, it is rated for 125c operating / 150c peak ( https://cdn.opieoils.co.uk/pdfs/millersoils/CFS-5w40-NT-Plus.pdf ) - I imagine more "standard" oils are rated slightly lower than this (maybe 115 operating), but I don't know for sure.

Too much time above the operating temp causes the oil to brake down.

The short answer, as Matt puts above, is that the temps you are seeing are fine :).
