Central locking Key Programming

Does anyone know the procedure to set the central locking on the ibiza key? My spare key seems to have lost the ability to lock/unlock the car, even after a battery change, however the immobiliser transponder seems to still be working fine.

I believe on VAG cars there is specific set of steps to set the key to lock/unlock, if anyone knows that would be super helpful

I had this issue with my Spare key and took it to the dealer who re programmed it. Have to say I have never had this issue with any other car
