Had the car 3 weeks and somehow whilst away this weekend my grill has unfortunately cracked quite bad, so need a new lower grille for a pre-facelift FR.

Where would be best to get one from? Seen them on eBay not sure what fitment/quality be like. Anyone know if it's worth getting one from a dealer?

I got one from the bay, was £90. Came with FR badge but no seat badge. Quality is ok but the plastic is more brittle than OEM. Don't think it would take a knock well, but is cheaper than seat one

Easiest option is to purchase via the dealer or Trade Parts Specialist (TPS).

It will fit exactly with no issues, and the lower grille is not that expensive compared to the upper grille section. We had to replace the lower section on our pre-FL car and the price was c.£35-45 from memory. Just had to replace the front grille, and both badges on my Cupra at c.£200 after a small bird decided to dive at my car.

If you are going to do the repair yourself it’s a bumper cover off job, and far easier to sacrifice the old grille by cutting or breaking the plastic tabs off to remove - just make sure that you lay the bumper cover on a blanket or foam padding so you don’t scratch it too much.
