Wheel swap

Hi guys, not sure how you post pics in here anymore as my photo bucket won’t allow me to do so? Stranger so will have to use links unfortunately.

I currently have these wheels (not my picture) all great condition and tyres only one wheel has minor curbing

However looking for a straight swap for a set of these,

must have good tyre tread and good condition wheel based in West Midlands but could travel half way depending where to do the exchange, let me know if anyone is interested.

Yes, that's right. I have the wheels you are looking for. The tread on them is not great, about 3 or 4mm maybe. On the plus side they look to be completely unmarked. I washed them last night and I didn't see any kerbing or or any other marks.

What tyre brand are they currently on? Also where are you based? I can get some pictures of mine tomorrow and tyres If you could also do the same and hopefully arrange a swap? Thanks

Bridgestone Potenza. I am just East of Glasgow. As we are unable to travel, a swap might have to wait a while!

We can see nearer the time. I don't think we'll be able to travel for weeks but yeah, we can see what arrangement we can come to. i have a big trolley jack etc so swapping wheels is easy.

I’d imagine after a lockdown which you can only travel for essential work / shopping not to change alloy wheels.

Yes I am fully aware lol I’m referring to once we are off lockdown I’m definitely not about to travel to Scotland and back for a set of wheels in this current situation don’t worry lol my mrs is also pregnant so high it’s I’m not that silly

Bad news. I've decided not to change these wheels. Sorry about that.

I don't know how long I'll keep this car, I quite fancy a Cupra or Golf GTi, and removing these wheels would devalue the car. The mirrors are matching grey so I'd have to change those as well and you'd basically end up with a car that didn't match it's description any more.

If I planned on having it a while it wouldn't bother me but I doubt I'll keep it that long.
