Dear All fountains of knowledge,

Need some help, so MY20 ST Cupra R, didnt come with a spare wheel, it came like all with Gunge kit and pump. So I ordered of Ebay a genuine 18" spare wheel kit, came with All the Gubbins except the big round foam insert that goes in the middle of the wheel fills the space and allows you to press in all your tools, jack, spanner etc, it's a big grey foam thing, technically speaking,?
Has anyone got one or can look up the part code as I can order one but obviously I dont know code as it's not listed for my vehicle.
Many thanks in advance for your help,
Cheers guys and gals

Hi that definitely similar to what I am after but unfortunately I need the 18" version as 16" too small...:-( thank you though
I think you will find that this part is the same regardless of spare wheel size, I can't see why it would need to be different.

Mine looks completely different to that (2015 Cupra 280 SC). My part number is 5F0.012.109.

There's one available on eBay here but it seems expensive for what it is. No idea what the dealer price would be.

Hey, yeah that's what mine off ebay came with the sude foam but doesnt fit as CUPRA ST Variant, need the centre wheel foam, saw a kit a while back but couldn't get a part number, it goes inside the 18 wheel kinda like what's featured above but I beleive it was round ??
Come on guys, with 18" spare wheels, pull up that boot carpet and give us a pic...

I bought a jack-kit for my car. It's a Skoda part, Seat don't offer it. I can't remember the part number of the kit but I'll see if I can dig it out.

This number will throw up a few different variations on the kit. Some with a double-scissor jack, some with a widowmaker.

That's the 3/5 door version which has a shallower recess than the ST.

There are a couple of versions out there for different cars. Not sure which apply to Seat Leon.

I have the one that sits under the wheel to allow space for a Seat Sound Subwoofer to sit in the wheel itself. It maybe that they're all like that. But smaller cars will have the jack etc inside the wheel.

Whilst on this topic and sorry if I’m hijacking a bit! What size spare should I have if I have 18” alloys? I just checked mine and it’s 16”!! Is that right!?

Copy and pasted my reply from the other thread ;)

16" is fine for your car. the overall diameter of the tyre will match what you already have.

18" is only needed for cars with bigger brakes (Cupra) where the 16" won't fit, or if you have Seat Sound, for the sub to sit inside.
