It is indeed the motion sensor. The light looks like that as it houses the bluetooth microphone on cars equipped with factory bluetooth
If radio is already in the car and working then no code will be necessary to remove it as it's already coded to tbe ecu
The reason it's smoking is its a crap map
Bluetooth is called seat_uhv and the default code is 1234
Will be plug and play wiring wise, will obvs need radio code and if you have the large screen it may not work due to conflicting fw
Under drivers seat.
Most hassle free would be leaving them alone so you don't blind everyone else on the road

Someone will of Retrofitted the rns 510. The fix to get the aux working involves moving some pins over in the quadlock block behind the stereo....

Mine just started doing this on passengers rear door too, its the lock unit. Needs a new one. Not cheap but a relatively easy fix
