Separate names with a comma.
65mm is more than adaquate for 700-800bhp. 75mm needed for 800+.
You won't make anymore power or perhaps 1 or 2 bhp! What is the compressor outlet on the turbo and intercooler piping sizing? have a think.
Oversize throttle bodies are overkill at this level of power, I've made over 600bhp on a 60mm tb and over 700 on a 65mm tb.
full race make good quality stuff. (for evos aswell)
There is very little wrong with a stock evo intake manifold, having a very large intake adds 15whp but at the 450-500whp range but adds a fair...
I see you have had a 6235 then? Similar spool, 30bhp more.

Whats the restriction? T25 ? housing? wastegate?
headwork,inlet manifold,cams and capacity all help to prevent surge
Also changing to a larger turbo exhaust housing which in turn creates lag.
The 1000bhp one is , he managed a 10 second run this year with 600bhp . Now going for 1000!
There is civic's fwd in the 9's here in the uk and i know of a 1000bhp fwd car being built for next year.
I'd say 2.5" is good for 350bhp then it starts to become a restriction although will still make more power. I have ran 750bhp on race fuel on a 3"...
I'll have to pop down for a cuppa sometime. :)
