The timing on the pulleys on the belt can be spot on but the actual pulley to camshaft can be adjusted using the 3 x 13mm bolts on the vernier style pulleys. I did my belt and pump earlier thus year and didn't take jotr of my settings before so I've had grief on and off since then.

What did you do to adjust your torison settings? That's where I get the big difference in my Leon. Depending where I set cans either gives me low down power or crazy high end power.

Yeah that video is perfect. My only concern is that you've lost 1st, 2nd and 6th. Which aren't really on the same cable.

I've just fitted my box back onto my Leon after Knockhill ruined it lol. Once I get to my cars tomorrow I'll show you how to disconnect linkage and manually go through the gears that will tell you straight away.

Ok doki, on top of your gearbox you should see the metal selectors on the ebd of the cables. If you have a look there that the plastic conections on end of cable arent cracked. Then look at the metal selectors there self and check if they can move freely and there should be a white plastic...
No such thing as a daft question, very valid point. It could have been a 1.9 on that age I'm sure. I just assumed it was the same as mine because its an fr170. Which would be 2.0 16v?
I've got a miltek sports dpf [emoji6] on mine and hybrid turbo, doesn't smoke to much to be honest.

Just be careful that what ever you put in to check can't fall off and get stuck infuse exhaust lol that's the kind of luck I had.
The lambda sensor is an absolute pig to get into back there, I don't know if you will be easier removing the 2 torxs and lifting the panel at top of bulkhead to try...
If the pressure pipes have been welded and your not getting any warning lights or running issues then the dpf is not there or not working.
Do you have access to vagcom or a decent scanner with live data? Check the live data for pressure sensors and it will tell you instantly if you have dpf...
I finally got round to stripping the gearbox off my Leon to get in for inspection after knockhill got the better of it last month [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]

I've got everything bar these camber arms, do you have a link with any more info Damian? Best hope my misses can't see me asking this lol

How can you get camber bolts with the mk2 set up? It's one pinch bolt at the bottom of the shock. I've got camber adjustment from my powerflex bushes.
