Need some help I'm wondering how meny plugs go into the inlet manifold I can only locate one that goes on the egr and is there one for the swirl flaps ? I have a 140 2.0 tdi

I bought a seat Leon tdi 140 and the guy didn't know much about it I have found that it has the swirl flap took off and the Ecu is now looking for it and goes into limp mode now it's not there I spoke to a guy that deals with these on merces and sent me a resistor to set up so the Ecu thinks...

Can anyone help me I have got these fault codes that came up today P0101 P0299 P2100 and the fans won't come on and goes into limp mode i have the swirl flap took off but not been mapped would this cause the problem ?

Hi I'm a new member from Scotland I have a Leon mk2 btcc tdi 140 don't know how to upload photos it has been lowered on springs remapped to 180 bhp next to come is get new jacking point covers as I'm missing one and get the alloys refurbed mibby hybride turbo after that

I'm having problems with my seat Leon tdi 140 the Ecu isn't telling the fans to come on making it go into limp mode anyone heard of this Dono replace the Ecu or what ?

Mines don't even come on mate a bought it from Edinburgh and the guy got it from down south and didn't know much about it but it's a btcc it looks the part but AV had Nuhin but hassle with it turbo blow and all that hopefully it won't skin me to much!

Sorry about posting on this thread but a don't know how to start my own am just new but took the car to the garage and they think it might be an Ecu problem as the fans still work and the fuses and all the sensors are OK anyone heard of this before ?

Yeah mate the light is on because of the fans and also because it's got the egr blanked and the swirl flap removed and no not overheating just sometimes when I put the foot down it won't let me go past 60 or use the turbo but if I turn it off and back on again it drives normal again
