My last remap was custom.
I've done a fair few bits since.
Was just wondering what else I could do to get as much power as possible without upgrading the turbo and injectors etc
Thinking about going for stage 2 remap.
So far the mods I have are as follows:
Decat
Tip
Aluminium bigger smic
All silicon boost pipes
4 bar fpr
Cat back exhaust
Forge dv 008
K&n cone filter
Is there any other mods I would need to do?

I was thinking around 235ish (torque)
I have done a few bits since the remap.
decat and 4 bar fpr.
Would i be able to get a abit more power by getting it back on the dyno as im not bothered about stage two.
I had a remap recently and I'm not sure if my torque figures are as good as they should be.
I'm running 211bhp 220lb/ft torque. 21psi boost

I was going to but couldn't find the spec of the nuts and bolts.
Ordered some from seat and I'm going to get the spec of them so I can get some stainless on order
Hi guys.
I'm struggling to get some studs and nuts for the turbo to cat.
Two bolts have managed to fall out and it's blowing badly.
I need to try source some more nuts studs and washers but can't seem to source them.
A part code or any info on suppliers would be great.

Just got under my bonnet.
My dipstick guide wasn't even attached. It had snapped and the old owner and just bodged it back together.
Luckily had a replacement as it had cracked further up anyway.
Driving slot better.
Will read codes again and hope the misfire has gone.

I have replaced all four coilpacks and checked all vac pipes.
I have a missfire on cylinder 4.
I replaced the coils because i was getting issfires on three cylinders before which replacing coils solved my issue although still got the missfire on 4.

I have had my car in at a tuning company that managed to get my car up to 200hp but they said the ecu was safeguarding the engine every now and then. Think they said dropping fuel into the cylinders to slow it down.

I did the same. Full hose kit actuator n75 and bosch maf to be sure.
Going to replace all coilpacks soon so i know their good for a while including service.
Running 20psi of boost now and everything is holding up well except the manifold to turbo.
Sorted the problem.
Split vac hose.
Seems to be taking foreve to spool the turbo although fuel trims are spot on idleing.
Going to check the manifold to turbo and see if thats leaking again as ive replavced the gasket and re tightened twice.
Maybe some new bolts and high heat lock tight are in...

Recently remapped.
New maf a month ago (bosch)
Various other parts.
Will this be coilpacks as its down on power and the engine is running rough.
Had a service around 6 months ago with decent bits.
Any help would be great
Got my car remapped and fixed as it wasnt boosting correctly.
Turbo to manifold gasket was knackered and n75.
It is now chugging on idle sounds like its trying to stall.
Also on constant steady acceleration it is learching forward and holding back constantly.

Turbo cars do have oil in the intercooler and pipe work as the turbo is lubricated through oil from the sump.
The intercooler is the lowest component and therefore will generally sit in there although air will sometimes pick it up into the intake manifold hense why cleaning the throttle body on...
