Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Basically went through a large puddle the other week in all the heavy rain and my nearside HID bulb went out, then when i get home the dancing lights stopped. Bumper came off and I found out it was not the bulb but a Xenon HID Headlamp Ballast...
