Bumper off to re stick loose rear parking sensors!!

Does anyone know how to access the rear parking sensors and how they are held in the bumper? Had the car a week and has come out!! Excuse the dirty motorway mileage bumper!!

its the alloys on the facelift cupra I want I believe they're called pavonis? It's between then and the seat bbs sport alloys.... Both seem hard to find....
