I'm in the process of switching out my resistor and can't pull it through the mounting hole into the pollen filter cavity or take the plug off the top through the top of the glove box! Any suggestions or ideas on how to release the cable plug? Thanks.

Anyone know what controls the electric mirrors? My passenger mirror adjusts but not the drivers..?! It's on a ibiza 6L (mk4 facelift) 2006 reg. Thanks.
