I know OBDEleven have the one click apps that turn features on and off as o have some experience with it.....go to their website and you can see what Apps are available to your specific model of car. I’d imagine Carista would have a similar thing on their website but I don’t know for sure...

Sounds like they’re just trying to get money off of you, check your service schedule in you service book, if it in there and required then it’ll probably affect your warranty if you don’t do it..... In my opinion if it works it shouldn’t need doing, I havnt had mine done and mines 4 years old...
