Thanks the car is a November 2020 car. the feeling does go away when engine is warm but it definitely resembles a slipping clutch when cold. my wife has a Kodiaq with the same and engine 1.5tsi and DSG and this does not happen PITA

Another moan about my new car. When cold and accelerating it feels like the clutch is slipping on the DSG. The rev counter needle does not rise smoothly and it revs at random rpms when accelerating a bit like a clutch slipping. This is my 4th car with DSG and this is the first experience...

They are Bridgestone Turanza. Never had them before. I had P4s on my Cupra and they were great. I also had the Potenza on my Leon FR and never had any problems

I get that part however I still never had this problem before. I do find the accelerator very sensitive compared to the Cupra. Its a PITA

I have a new Ateca now with 140p miles on it. Even under what I would call a light foot it has a tendency to wheel spin. Is this common? I recently got rid of a Cupra 290 and I can't remember that wheels spinning as much as this when pulling away ad that was twice the power

New Ateca FR arrived on Friday at 7am! Really impressed with the car and the new steering wheel and infotainment is miles better than what was in my MK3 Leon Cupra. The 1.5 is really eager to get going, more so than in our Kodaiq 1.5 tsi

good to hear someone settle down with the change to a completely different car. I lease my cars so for me the Kodiaq was cheaper than the equivalent Tarraco we have also ordered a Karoq Sportline to change our Q3, wont get another Audi again i think, overated.

Confirmed my return collection date for my Cupra (11th August). Sad day but bigger car is now required. jumping ship to a Skoda Kodiaq. I dot think the 1.5 TSI will give much enjoyment but I am sure I will enjoy the extra space and creature comforts that come with it

Morning all looking for best way to remove the residue that will be left by the sticky backing of the DSG paddle shift extensions. I will use a hair dryer to heat up and remove the extension but what is the best way to remove the residue that will be left on the back of the fitted paddle? cheers
