As above. But I used a stand and 2 small clamps at each end. You will need to strip some under trays and inner arches but nothing to tricky. Just need small hands to get the nut and washer on
Yeah it's made a massive difference performance wise, friend has an M4 and I was sat on his tail on the moors this weekend. Also a 140i again I was pushing him along. Clutch is ok so far.
I might be selling mine shortly though as got some other mods in mind.
Update 22/3/17
Managed to get the wheels coated today while they were in the workshop, Carpro DLUX is perfect and leaves them so glossy!
Then got an email saying the tyres had been delivered to Dreamscience so I whipped the wheels down and got them fitted
Can't wait to get them on...
Update 21/3/17
Love a delivery day!
Wheels are here
Tyres should be here tomorrow. Going to have to resist the urge to fit them until the springs are here too.
Sorry forgot to add they are Team dynamics pro race 1.2 in an 18 inch and pilot sport 4 tyres.
Also just ordered the KW 20mm spring kit, just need to order splitter now
This is our Leon as it currently sits.
Got some planned mods, joined the site for advice and possible sales.
The day we collected it.
And after clean with plate on
Autoglym instant tyre dressing sprayed all over engine whilst still wet and left to dry works well. Just do it before you wash the car in case of any overspray onto car.
The products aren't bad if actually applied properly. The fabric protector is good as well as glass seal. Issue is usually it's rushed on to the car by a valeter
