I had my 150 TDI FR remapped by REVO at Shark Performance in Mansfield and it was brilliant. I would recommend you look at their mapping systems and dealers. It costs about £450 with f/f discount but just looked and its £500 at the moment.
I have a creaking from my front suspension over one particular bump on my road and that's the only time I hear it. I checked the springs and bushes for any wear or damage and they are ok. Last port of call could be the shock top mounts. I'm having the springs replaced soon so I will report back...
My ex was from Luxembourg who had the same driving laws. I drove there in October one year on all weather tyres and was never stopped. (Though my ex's mum did moan at me for not having winter tyres).
In Luxembourg they base their tyre changes on when the average temperature is below 5 degrees...
Hi all
I have looked through the forum and found numerous threads on this topic but none on a Sports Tourer. Does anyone recommend a kit for an FR? I dont want the car slammed but to just have a better lowered stance possibly the same as the Cupra or slightly lower?
Is 300mm or 400mm my...
Yes mate, it has only done 20k on the clock so it was about due its first set of tyres. The rears are Pirelli P7s but they are starting to get a bit low aswell. An expensive month coming up i'm feeling.
Hi all
I was wondering if anyone had painted their performance wheels in a gunmetal grey or darker grey than standard?

Cheers
Dave
Mine has some reallllllly badly balanced and rubbish quality ZETA ACCELERA? tyres which came with the car. I can highly recommend NOT to get them....They will soon be replaced with some Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres which I had on my old MK3. Brilliant tyre stuck to the road like...well you know!
Why not go for the 184 DSG? Its a brilliant gearbox and is really responsive. Ive got it in the Sports Tourer and I would never go back to a manual now.
Ive owned both the 150 and 184. I much prefer the 184 dsg even in the heavier sports tourer which I have. The 150 (manual) is still a very gutsy engine and gives you near enough the same economy. I never got either of mine over 55mpg....but that could be down to my heavy right foot. 184 always...

This is my second Leon, I previously owned a 150 FR SC which I loved to bits!
Looking to do a few cosmetic modifications and take it up...
