I have this issue on my Leon too. Has anyone had it sorted by Seat/ tried themselves? I have bought some lithium grease to see if this makes any difference.

Hi, Has anyone changed the wishbones/ wishbone bushes on a mk3 DSG? Sounds as though the gearbox obscures one of the bolts, and therefore the subframe needs to be lowered to get at it. Anyone attempted changing them themselves? Cheers

I've got a 150 TDI DSG and average around 60mpg mainly motorway driving at 70 on cruise.

I've got a 63 plate Mk3 2.0 tdi FR DSG with 141k on the clock. It needs a new flywheel soon as it is rattling away. Has anyone got a mk3 TDI with higher mileage? If so have you had to replace many parts? Just wondering if it is worth changing the DSG flywheel or part-exing and getting another...

Hi all, Has anyone had the dmf replaced on a Mk3 DSG 2.0 TDI? Cannot find anyone on a forum who has had it done, and I am trying to get an idea of cost and whether the clutchpacks should be changed too. Any knowledge greatly appreciated!

£320 is very good for front and back! I've had a quote of £250 from a local indy for the front only using a brand called Drivetec - which I have never heard of.

Has anyone had their pads and discs done on a mk3 150 tdi? Not sure if the same size discs as the 184 but curious to know what people have paid. If anyone has had their DSG flywheel changed aswell I'd be keen to know what you've paid or been quoted. Thanks

Yeah it has been fine generally. I replaced the boot locking mechanism last week as that randomly gave up. Have also replaced the differential pressure sensor too but other than that just routine servicing. I am on 128k now and intending to run it to 200k if possible. I do wonder if the DSG...

I've got a 2013 Leon 150ps with DSG and the best I have had is about 680 - 90% motorway driving between 60 and 70mph on cruise. Car has done 125k miles and economy has improved since hitting 100k

I assume the waterpump has a serviceable life so would be wise to replace at same time? I have an EML light on and the fault is showing as EGR related. I have tried spraying EGR cleaner into the air filter housing but fault returned after about a week. Thanks
