Update guys,we found the box it was a little black one and it was on the side of the centre panel behind the kick panel.so yeah it's working again,thanks for trying to help guys.

The by is kufatec fiscon I know that and it's only had one owner before me,got the car from seat themselfs.I have a pic of the stereo but dnt know how to load it on to this page,phone ain't picking it up anymore either so need to find that bloody module and reset it
