Typo. They happen a lot in SEAT price lists.
It says 'Drum-Disc brakes in rear axle' for 1.0 MPI 80 and 1.0 TSI 95, and 'Disk brakes in rear axle' for 1.0 TSI 115 and 1.6 TDI 95, which is badly worded but correct.
Not really. Sorry
Each retailer has a quota (a maximum number of cars of each model they can order each month) so if you order a car from a retailer that has used all of their quota for that month it will not be accepted by the factory until the next month that they have available quota.
I've...
It is your retailer's responsibility to keep you informed, not SEAT. Sadly, most seem a bit rubbish at doing this! :(

To save anyone else guessing, the differences between FR Technology and FR Titanium Technology (the Technology Pack was standardised before the FR Titanium was released) were:
18" Machined Alloy Wheels
Body Side Skirts
Extended Rear Spoiler
Some came with titanium coloured door mirrors, and...
Because it was added back into the price list in error, so all the leasing companies had started quoting it before SEAT had chance to realise the mistake and announce that it has been withdrawn from the range.
You'll notice it was only third-party funders and not SEAT Finance/VWFS (UK) Ltd that...
Age and use are not the same thing though, are they?
The rules state cars must be retained for 90 days - there is no stipulation that they have to be used.
Some retailers choose to take the risk and release cars early, some don't. The reality is they are unlikely to be penalised, but they...
SEAT won't (actually can't) but they are breaking the law if they sell a demonstrator/pre-registered car early.
Amongst other things, the Supply of New Cars Order 2000 means that any support paid to retailers on vehicles registered to them can be clawed back if they then sell the vehicle before...
