Yes, the RAC warranty is good. I've already had to claim when the slow speed fans failed. You need to do it before it's 3 years old ideally.

If its a SEAT warranty, that'll be good. Check condition of all the tyres, brake discs and pads. These will be the things that wear the quickest and will need to be done. Try to get £500 off the price, years tax, another years warranty or the CD changer if it hasnt got one!
