Gear knob replacement
It never had any screws to tighten onto the gear stick shaft, only sleeves. These were fine, until the weather got warm. I ended up buying a universal gear knob off ebay. Looks pretty good.- Martin B

Gear knob replacement
My car currently has a Sparko gear knob that is too loose (can basically be twisted around), and unfortunately doesn't have a way of securing tightly to the gear shaft. Therefore needs to be replaced. Anyone know of any direct replacements, preferably from other VAG models? Car is a 5-speed...- Martin B
