I have Conti 5p and yes, on fwd car there is plenty of wheel spin, especially in wet, but you can adjust your driving style. In dry they are fine for me, but it depends on how one drives, What is OK for one person maybe very poor for another. I would recommend try Conti first and if not happy...

Cupra 290 comes with winter pack, that has heated seats already. Lux will add full leather seats and keyless entry and few other things. To be honest, I find the leather seats too slippery, compared to alcantara.
