  1. Updating the inbuilt Mib2 Satnav / Mib2 tricks and Mib1

Great info as always @Tell . Whats the score with MIB2 standard maps atm ? Ive been a bit behind with updating lately. Did they skip the winter 23 release ?
  2. DSG acting strange after remap

In answer to your question about Revo, Ive got Revo Ecu and Dsg software. (7 speed DSG) Normal behaviour is.. D mode - slightly more aggressive/responsive in lower gears vs stock shifting. Shifts to 4/5/6/7 as soon as it can on low throttle input just like stock. Overall is say a slight...
  3. Who,s tuned their Leon Cupra R ST

I ditched my ABT and went Revo Stg 1. Much better than ABT. Pulls harder and stronger and more consistently. I then added Intake (initially Revo but now Forge),Revo Intercooler & Boost pipes, Forge muffler delete, Remus exhaust. Then upgraded to Revo Stg 2 GPF file and Revo TCU and car made...
  4. Replace LED door sill

Hi there, Anyone got some instructions or pics of how to replace the LED plate on the door sill ? Ive read a few threads on here where it says just pull up the plastic trim and pull carpet back, then disconnect the connector. I did try that, but couldn’t get the trim off enough for decent...
  5. ST Panoramic Roof leaking (drains clear)

8R0877459A is indeed the correct part for the Seat leon ST. (It also fits the Audi Q5) Just as an update to this thread, my sunroof started leaking again in the same place as last year. After investigation i found that the outer sunroof seal was again coming away from the bodywork, allowing...
  6. Brake pads options for 370mm Brembo 4 pots

Zimmerman disks have been very good so far here. I love the fact the centre section and rim of the actual disk have anti-rust coating. After over a year of use inc a typical wet damp UK autumn & winter they are looking much better than the OEM’s did after a similar time. Basically look like...
  7. Seat Leon 5F ST Underbody aero covers

That’s a shame, the small version hardly looks to be worth installing as it literally covers nothing up 🤷🏻‍♂️ I was reading in the Golkmk7 thread that the full sized version can be installed on a 4wd an extra part is needed to be installed first (bracket of some sort) but I’ve read the post...
  8. Seat Leon 5F ST Underbody aero covers

Does anyone know if the full size exhaust tunnel cover fits a 4drive ST or what modifications are needed to get it to fit ??
  9. Seat Leon 5F ST Underbody aero covers

Great thread this, I’m very interested n the exhaust tunnel covering for me R ST The thread on the golfmk7.com states 4WD cars can only use small exhaust tunnel covering which is a shame. 5Q0825229C is only for 2wd cars Anyone got any experience of fitting any of these parts on a 4wd ST ??
  10. R600/revo charge pipes

Bit of a revival here, Anyone got any further info on this ? I’ve got Revo charge pipes and Revo carbon intake…. But I can’t help think the intake is holding me back compared to the big boys. Ideally I’d like an R600 or a Mountune x3, But also looking at the Forge intake.
  11. Revo Stage 2 GPF on a FWD 290 anyone had it done that can give me an honest review?

I’ll be keeping the GPF to keep it road legal, and then able to return to stock easily when sale time comes round.
  12. Revo Stage 2 GPF on a FWD 290 anyone had it done that can give me an honest review?

Thanks for the replies everyone. I kind of knew the Stage 2 Revo GPF was a gamble after reading this thread in the past. I have since been in touch with Revo Support and ho have actually been very helpful and have spoken to the dealer on my behalf and I’m going to have it refunded and flashed...
  13. Revo Stage 2 GPF on a FWD 290 anyone had it done that can give me an honest review?

I’ll be honest I’m not that clued up on all the dyno stuff. Obviously my car being AWD I was kind of expecting 24% loss, but 37% loss WHP to Engine is quite excessive. The car wasn’t dyno’d before whilst it was stage 1 which is a shame, it was just road tested and logged when it was installed...
  14. Revo Stage 2 GPF on a FWD 290 anyone had it done that can give me an honest review?

Yeah I know. Something isn’t quite adding up at the moment. I’m very suspicious of my dyno graph, I suspect the tuner has somehow ‘tweaked it’ to get the 386bhp figure to be within claimed range, and that is why the torque figure is so high …. Impossibly high even at 600nm. As I said in my...
  15. Revo Stage 2 GPF on a FWD 290 anyone had it done that can give me an honest review?

Got a bit of an update on this from my end with my Cupra R ST. I finally got round to fitting the Revo boost pipes (already had the Intercooler and intake) and was already running Revo Stage 1 as mentioned earlier. Soooooo I thought why but just pay the small upgrade and go Revo Stage 2 GPF...
  16. Cupra R ABT retrofit - is it possible.

I haven’t heard of anybody hacking the ABT module. https://autofidelity.com.au/performance-tuning-abt/ Good description of what it does in link above, but again not definitive. Only things we know for sure are.. 1) Only gives full power when oil temps hit safe value. (80 or 90’c can’t...
  17. Leon Cupra mk3 intercooler wanted

Why oh why would you install the Intercooler THEN ask about charge pipes 🤦🏻‍♂️. It would have been so much easier installing them whilst you have the front end off !!!!
  18. ST Panoramic Roof leaking (drains clear)

    Elite Windscreens
  19. ST Panoramic Roof leaking (drains clear)

    Yeah this too !!!!
  20. ST Panoramic Roof leaking (drains clear)

Sorry to hear this buddy. I live in East Anglia so I just googled sunroof repairs or sunroof specialists and choose the company with the best feedback. They are actually a windscreen repair company. Rang them up and the bloke seemed very fair, honest and down to earth so went for it. They...
