Can u explain Why it slowly picks up the 6th cilinder and runs fine after 3-5 min idle. Why is that only when it hot?

When we set the car still and start it after 10-20 minutes it runs on 5 cylinders instead of 6! It keeps running on 5 for a while and then switches to 6. Please help

If we put the car still and start it up after 10-20 minutes it runs on 5.5 cylinders it slowly builds up to 6 We don't know how to fix this please help
