Finally got my mystery blue 290 delivered a couple of days ago, and I love it already. Drove it around in the 38 degree heat on Thursday and it sounded brilliant, pops, bangs, dsg farts in cupra mode right off the bat. Feel like this 3 year lease is going to fly by, what a car!

Can confirm, their communication is absolutely terrible. They only found out my car was in the country because I hassled Nationwide when the expected date to dealer came and went. They phoned up the dealership whilst I waited on the phone and as if by magic, the car reg and my finance docs...

Finally got a delivery date off Nationwide, 7 days and counting!

Out of interest, how far from the date to dealer is your delivery date? The waiting has made me as impatient as anything.

Seems like nationwide are just guessing at this point, they just bought it forward a few days since I posted. So its changed 3 times just today.

My order with Nationwide got its due to supplier date pushed back, twice, this morning. Feels like it's never gonna arrive!

Seems like they might be pushing you into July, theirs quite a few arriving to supplier on 07/07, including mine that was originally meant to arrive at the start of June.

Had my car on order since May and finally got the date to the dealer, 7/7, excited would be an understatement! For anyone that's gone from only driving manual to a DSG, how did you find the change, was it weird to adjust to.
