I’ve repaired the door seals on my car but my back passenger footwell is still taking in water. Does anyone know what else might be causing this issue ?

Can anyone give any light to why this is happening. Parked up last night fine went to car this morning and dials are beeping and flashing. Once engine is turned on it stops. I have video but can’t upload.
