On the 2.0 TSI there is no hardware needed according to them, and there is absolutely no risk whatsoever according to them. But seeing all of your guys comments I am starting to wonder... And yes it's for 100% E85

The idea is to be able to put 100% E85, 100% usual gasoline (SP98) or any mix % of the 2. According to them there is absolutely no problem at all with full E85 for the full life cycle of the car

I am not sure about anything related to those things. All I know is my tuner say it's the best thing to do and they have it done on hundreds of Cupra (and others) without any problem. But even if I consider him as a friend it's still a company, that's why I would like to have you guys opinion...

After a quick search on google and youtube it seems that this is what I mean yes. In D/S 1 I can deal with it, but in D2 D3 or even D4 if a bit rainy I consider that something is wrong (matter of preferences). I have decent tyres but I plan on getting better ones when this one are dead. Thanks...

Yes it will, the default remap get 350 indeed, but I am able to tune it as I like with them. I would guess its how they plan to do it indeed, with a bit of tweaking. You guys don't have this problem with "wheels treading" even in S2 and S3 ?
