I had to seal between the seam of two panels in the bulkhead, the water was leaking through the hard seam sealer.
I think I used some sort of waterproof bathroom sealer, it wasn't pretty but couldn't be seen behind the dash.
I was lucky that the leak on mine was coming from the very right of that seam in the bulkhead. I was able to get access from the inside of the car by removing the side of the dash and the door seal, I sealed it from the inside on a dry day.
Car is long gone now so I can't comment on how it lasted.
I have h&r pcd adapters which are 20mm.
That would leave 1mm more inner clearance and tyre 13mm further into arch. Considering my et38 wheels are fitted with 15mm spacers these should fit, no?
Hey,
Quick question for the experts.
The dash light for the headlights is staying lit dimly even when the lights are off at the main switch.
Had a quick look and there does not seem to be any bulbs gone outside.
It's the green light that comes on once the lights are switched on. Not...
Yeah the leak in mine was around the acc pedal/bonnet release lever. It was a real pain to find where it was coming from [:@]
Hopefully yours is fixed now!
I had water leak from that same spot. I sealed it up about a year ago but it started to leak again recently. I used a better outdoor sealant this time so fingers crossed it lasts
