which bit did you bend? the bit that touches the blub contact? I think a blob of solder may help and the metal looks warn away so it maybe a contact problem?

3 hours is about right, but a lot of that is waiting to do next coat etc, in this weather, they will dry a lot quicker :)

when i had one half off i noticed the metal clips slide onto the plastic trim, so you can slide the trim off the metal, the metal bits stay in the boot so you have to pull these out after hard to explain without pics

i take it you need to remove the rear wiper blade? Is it just a matter of remove the nut on the wiper arm? i tried loosening it earlier and it wouldn't budge.... i'll order one of these tomorrow!

hi lee i honestly dont know what i would have done differently it should have worked! not sure on cost of new trim yet, i'll try and fix the leaky rear washer and then see if it will go back on without rattling! maybe super glue!

been there done that learn from my mistake, go for hids!, its very simple! and about £10 more than good blubs (£40) got mine from hids4u on ebay took about 10 secs to drill the plastic cover, and the rest is dead simple (i.e. plug and play) I wish now i didn't go for the 6000k, as at...

Hi all I've taken the boot trim off, and turned the back washer on and the water is peeing out of the red section highlighted here: is there a fix for this, or do i need to buy a new car? Thanks Mark

DOH, i just snapped lots of plastic You should be able to just pull it, but it didnt work for me, it needs to slide sideways, or get your hands behind the clips (via light hatches) and push them out - looks tricky now i need to buy a new boot trim (if it doesn't go on properly)
