You get what you pay for really!
But spending 800 quid on some tein's just isnt for everyone!
If your not racing and just want something for the street then ta's/ ebay jobs will be fine!
Get some pics up when you do it ;)
Mine was lowered and used to wear on the inside like CRAZY!

Yeh i had some on mine and just left them black plastic :)
They are really small mirrors but weigh quite abit less than the standards and look good too!
I got some about 5 years ago. They cost 800quid fitted.
They rusted to fook within 2 years, but had great adjustability(just couldnt change anything after they rusted!)
So get some kind of protection on them and make sure you get your camber and toe set right otherwise you'll be going through...
I tried to remove one and just have my driver side and rear view mirror the other day. I unscrewed it fully. Then realised that it needed to be there for the solenoid switch for my doors, which is located on the bottom of each mirror.
True story
I can lift both my fibreglass doors with a finger each above my head. I cant lift one normal door above my head.
Remember losing 10kg of sprung weight is similar to having an extra 1bhp. Thats the point.
Funny this should come up. Took the roof panel, handles and pillers off yesterday. Obviously the rest of the back has gone. Just need to finally buy a good driving seat and harness.
