Very true, everyone i've met from scn (manchester meet) has been banned from the other forum. But as stated earlier there is lots of useful tech info on here, just not a sense of comunity for me. But tech info is the thing that led me here in the first place TBH. So thats that.

Where is the guide with pictures for the 312mm upgrade, i want to see how the rear wheels look, as the 17's on my FR make the rear disks look pathetic. Also does the kit you buy from golf turbo man coe with pads and how easy and how long does the DIY the upgrade take.

Did you not give prosport a call, think there closer, Quatronics are great too, thats where mine was done. if it wasn't for the 10% discount i'd have gone prosport just because i familiar with them and tere closer but they are both very knowledgeable.

Id highly recomend Prosport in Heaton Mersey manchester/stockport, or Quattronics, Quattronics did mine, but if they weren't giving a 10% discount at the time i'd have gone prosport, they specialise is subaru's but also do VAG cars. Plenty of people do, there was a recent theread on this and the majority did. Only needs 1 minute poss 2 or you can do the cool down for the last 5 minutes of the journey.
