Thats awefull didn't understand a great deal of that post, so i concede :ban: txt talk just incase i have to read something like that when looking for technical advice and opinions in the future, but don't penalise forgetting an apostrophy hyphen thingie in dont (don't) or isnt (isn't), i think...
Very true, everyone i've met from scn (manchester meet) has been banned from the other forum. But as stated earlier there is lots of useful tech info on here, just not a sense of comunity for me. But tech info is the thing that led me here in the first place TBH. So thats that.
Where is the guide with pictures for the 312mm upgrade, i want to see how the rear wheels look, as the 17's on my FR make the rear disks look pathetic. Also does the kit you buy from golf turbo man coe with pads and how easy and how long does the DIY the upgrade take.
For my 2p's worth i think it is pathetic, you'd be better concetrating on creating a stronger community. I have a very low post count on here in comparison to many other forums. SCN has never felt like a communtiy to me and with txt filter your concentrating on the wrong thing and becoming more...
Did you not give prosport a call, think there closer, Quatronics are great too, thats where mine was done. if it wasn't for the 10% discount i'd have gone prosport just because i familiar with them and tere closer but they are both very knowledgeable.
Id highly recomend Prosport in Heaton Mersey manchester/stockport, or Quattronics, Quattronics did mine, but if they weren't giving a 10% discount at the time i'd have gone prosport, they specialise is subaru's but also do VAG cars. I allways trusted them with my scooby. http://www.prosport.ltd.uk/
Plenty of people do, there was a recent theread on this and the majority did.
Only needs 1 minute poss 2 or you can do the cool down for the last 5 minutes of the journey.

I tend to d te turbo cool down during the last part of the Journey on the whole, but if i have really been iving it some stick i wll idle or 1 or 2 minutes.
As for comments about does it matter for a diesel IMO a turbo is a turbo be it a petrol or derv, and the handbook recomends the cool...
as stated a few posts earlier I speak from experience, i sold my WRX and bought the bezza fr tdi, the body roll is an issue for me but i can live with that, the power differance was fustrating i couldnt live with it which is why with less the 500 mile on the clock it ad to have a remap. With the...
When you going forn the remap, i got mine revo'd when it had less then 500 miles on the clock as i was not happy with the performance having downgraded from a WRX and so couldn't wait (please note car was full warmed and gradually exercised before exploring the power delivery even thought such...
