    You can get the MAP value from the built-in Xgauge feature. You can basically get any reading from the ECU, as long as you know where to look for it.

    sssstew: thanks for remiding me about vagcat again :) The problem with my car is that the EGR valve is open 4% all the time (vagcom shows that). First I'll take a look if the EGR is clogged and after that try changing the N18 and N75 valves to where the fault is.

    remap 110 against octavia vrs

    Here's my 110: http://s177.photobucket.com/albums/w216/cr33p_tdi/?action=view&current=ibiza.jpg Sadly I don't have a "before" dyno plot. I think that even a re-mapped 110 Ibiza (which is lighter than a Leon) wouldn't hold up to a standard 180HP VRS.

    It's not visible, sorry. It was very hard to find, it's the one which "tells" the alternator when to charge.

    Had the same problem. A wire to the alternator was disconnected. Did you measure the battery voltage with the engine running and when it's not?

    Happened to mine last week. It turns out there was a loose cable on the alternator. Have it checked. BTW: you can check it yourself. Measure the voltage on the battery. When the car is not running, it should be between 12V and 13V. With the car running it should be around 14.2V -14.4V. If...
