I'm getting my coilies soon and since the car has done ove 130.000km, I'd change some worn-out suspension bits as well. Any advice on what to change?

The problem with my car is that the EGR valve is open 4% all the time (vagcom shows that). First I'll take a look if the EGR is clogged and after that try changing the N18 and N75 valves to where the fault is.
Can anyone please tell me the EGR valve part no. for a Seat Ibiza TDI 110hp (2001), with the motor code ASV. I don't have ETKA.:shrug:

Sadly I don't have a "before" dyno plot.
I think that even a re-mapped 110 Ibiza (which is lighter than a Leon) wouldn't hold up to a standard 180HP VRS.
Happened to mine last week. It turns out there was a loose cable on the alternator. Have it checked.
BTW: you can check it yourself. Measure the voltage on the battery. When the car is not running, it should be between 12V and 13V. With the car running it should be around 14.2V -14.4V. If...
