I can't say about the non-resonated, but the resonated milltek on mine makes it sound nice but discrete, without waking the neighbours!

My seat sport original leaked like a sieve after the hybrid turbo upgrade! Luckily I was able to use the end caps and have a new core added, has been outstanding since!
