Good review thanks, did it have an interior light above the rear seats? I thought it was such a let down on the pre facelift Arona and Ibiza when your kids can't see to put their seatbelts on! Also no 12v sockets or usb in the rear to plug devices in.
Got to change the wing on the wife's altea as she introduced it to a concrete bollard!
Got the wing in the right colour from a breaker but my question is, do you have to take the little quarter light window out to get to the bolts?
Timing belt is due now based on its age. I'd go to an independent or a VW specialist, £300 for a service is daft, local places round here will do it for £160, my wife has the same car
I ordered my 300ST at the end of March, got it last Friday, was bang on, Actually arrived at the dealer in early July. Lookers Stockport kept me informed but they didn't need to, it came when they told me it would. I'm well happy
I read somewhere it was to do with the 4 wheel drive. The 300 is ok in 4WD cars hence it being the only cupra to survive the 290 downgrade. Obviously all golf R's are 4 wheel drive so kinda makes sense. I think they must allow worse emissions due to its 4 wheel drive nature or indeed the extra...

Terrible to hear as I get my 300ST in a couple of weeks so it's got me thinking!
Unfortunately my neighbour and his wife were held hostage in their bedroom while two eastern european fellas demanded to know where the keys were to his RS3. He told them but in all the commotion they ended up...
Costs are just admin really, the wheels don't get repaired. The cars just go straight to auction as they are. Look at the charges as a fine. The majority of lease cars go back from companies so the charges can build up if they were actually realistic about the repairs
I was told exactly a week ago that mine was being registered this week. Not heard anything either. She told me they could register it as soon as it was at the UK port. Also told me it was at Grimsby so who knows!
You guys all taking yours on 18 plates? Mine was promised a 68 plate and my dealer is still saying that's still good to go. I can't see how with the new regs from 01/09??? Mine was also built week 23 so should be on its way.
My current lease goes back on 01/09 so would be annoying for my new...
