Hi all.
I've been running an Infinity Basslink Subwoofer with 4 channel amp built in running my front speakers for about 18 months.
However the past week or so it has started to "fart" if that makes sense at higher volumes i.e. it still beats in line with the song but it isnt crisp and...
Your new coilovers should have bumpstops already fitted on the front?
Post a pic of what is in the box we'll be able to tell you exactly what you've got there.
Loads of people on Briskoda with silly low Fabias have cracked their sumps but none of them have had the cars written off?!
A new sump is a couple of hundred quid.
Hello there, I believe on the Ibiza the rear stops are 67mm - short and should not cause any problems.
However, I have a Fabia VRS and our rear bump stops are 120mm, I am down about 70mm on coilovers and have just found out I've been riding around on the rear bumpstops for 6,000 miles, no...
You dont need shorter links on the AP or weitec due to the design of the mounting, it is raised to to clear the driveshaft.
I have the adjusters out and the springs sat on the black cup things but the springs sit awkwardly and its a bit bouncy, but with adjusters its just too high
I just replaced the fuel filter on my fabia vrs I found it difficult to start might be worth filling it up with diesel first.
didnt replace any o-ring though? would it have come with my new (genuine) filter already?
how often does the filter itself need replacing?
Put standard droplinks on, if the roll bar is not touching the driveshaft you dont need them.
I have ap coilovers and they have exactly the same design for the ARB bracket, I'm down about 60-70mm and dont need shorter droplinks.
The ta technix people dont have a clue about their products.

Chispadete do you have something against P Torque?
Excellent map from Will on my Fabia VRS had it done at 43k now on 49k with no problems
180bhp and 301lb ft on the rolling road suspect its more 175ish and 295ish as I dont take RR as gospel but nonetheless very happy.
Hi all I am a Fabia VRS owner since it is the same platform I thought some of you might have the same problem with the rear caliper (especially the O/S) sticking on.
See this thread:

It involves fitting a small spring to...
I'd say with a stage one remap a PD130 Ibiza will do 0-60 with a good driver in something like 7.2 seconds.
I have a fabia vrs which is heavier probably something like 7.5 seconds.
