I have the same problem with the iphone 3gs.... 3G and 2G have no problems with dropouts. That leads me to believe 1 thing. The jailbreak for the iphone on the 3gs is the culprit.

Yes, Iphone and Iphone3G work with all firmwares upto 2.1 so far.

htc diamond is windows mobile. It does support full features....

If you have a windows mobile device, you can enable A2DP, just search there are fixes around depending on your OS..... I think windows CE 6.1 has it fixed already.... As for the software i said its totally different ;p

Although i believe its out of the topic, there is a software for all windows mobile devices that sends all output to your bluetooth headset devices, which is what u need :P
