OOPs just seen you've replaced the water pump!

Water pump Had same problem last year, turned out to be the water pump. Known issue on Tdi's.

Had the same with my 2003 Toledo,wiper moter unfortunatley,just worn out,cost about £120 to repair at garage?

They dont make them like this anymore? My 2003 Tolly Tdi has just passed its 7th MOT in a row with no failures? 178k on the clock now. Got a few advisories this time though Lol:D Dribbler

Hi For the sake of 14 squids try a bottle of Forte turbo cleaner of eBay, worked wonders on 2003 110 Tolly?:lol: just add to a tank of diesel. May take two to fully clear.

Hi, 135k on 2003 Tolly 110 Tdi,just gone through its 4th MOT without spending a penny,original exhaust,front disks,battery. Still getting 54MPG.Doing about 18k a year. Regards Dribbler
