best update this, ended up being the slave cylinder so changed the clutch and dual mass flywheel while it was all out Random picture my LCR and bros 400bhp GT4 quick picture at work

Looks likes I need a new sump for my LCR mk1 as the sump plug thread on the screw is on its way out, just want to make sure what I need thank. 1. Engine sump 2. Sump washer/seal 3. Sump plug/screw Is there anything else I need?

stage 1 remap "yellow" spring is Recommended and when you fit the new recirc valve its just like for like take off the old one and replace with the new! :)

Depends on what garage you use and what there hourly rate is, i paid £228:-o lol (just fitting) clutch kit with slave cyclinder and duel mass fly wheel.
